Innovation and more importantly Disruptive Innovation is a term not many people comprehend completely, even though its application can be seen in every realm of life. When we talk about “disruptive innovation,” we ask questions about what exactly it entails. Every organization needs to focus on technology and on innovation.

The definition of Improvement as such depends on the mindset of those involved in the process. However, personal considerations aside, we have been able to identify at least a basic difference between the various kinds of Improvement that can take place with reference to an enterprise, or similar venture. We are only as strong as the people we surround ourselves with. It is crucial that we attract, engage and retain the best possible resources. As we move across the Gen’s, we need to ensure that we adapt to the changing needs of our people.
Social Media
In the new virtual world, our life will be an open book and social media will reveal more about us that what we can imagine. Social Media is forcing us to look at how we communicate and share information today about ourselves our business and almost everything else.
